In the past eight years, James has delivered fifteen five-days ISO 9001 QMS Lead Auditor courses in addition to fifty-nine QMS/EMS Essentials, Internal Auditing as well as over twenty EMS 14001 related courses and Integrated Management System (IMS) courses.
