Services
(JJMS)
has assisted
organizations throughout North America and the Near East to improve their
business processes through the application and integration of management
systems utilizing business improvement tools. We have assisted clients to
determine, define, develop and implement improvements of their
business processes. This hands-on approach has enabled organizations
to reduce and eliminate non-valued activities, streamline and improve
value-added activities and to monitor and measure the success of their
improvement activities.

Mr. James McLarty has more than
eighteen years of consulting experience and over thirty-eight years of experience working
with management systems in manufacturing and service environments. He has
developed and provided training to many organisations in North America and the
Middle East on Business Process Management and Business Improvement topics
including Management based systems such as ISO 9001. He develops and presents training
sessions to a world wide client base. In addition, James is a RABQSA
International certified ISO 9001 Quality Management System Lead Auditor having
conducted over 300 audits in the past sixteen years. He has been
auditing the Province of Ontario's Ministry of the Environment (MOE)
Drinking Water Quality Management Systems (DWQMS) for the past three years as
an accredited DWQMS auditor.
